1. I WILL get you more re OS for the web; Today was meant to be entirely
Q, and now it is the end of the day. Sigh. It has just been incredibly
busy.
2. I looked at the questionnaire a while ago. To be honest, I find all
such intruments frustrating -- no refelction in this one or you! Would
it be ok if I sent you some text feedback. Say no if you'd like, and
I'll do my best with the form.
