Having started (the "new") PQROT with F5, you probably did not choose 
"continue with previous rotation", and therefore were asked about the 
number of (unrotated) factors to keep for rotation. There are no other 
instances in PQROT where you are asked about the number of factors.

When it comes to saving rotated and flagged factors in PQROT you can 
either hit "*" to save all factors, or hit number keys for every factor 
you want to save in the specified order.

Again, also in the old text-only version, you describe the situation 
when factors are selected for rotation, not for saving.
