Hi Robert,

thanks heaps for your swift reply. I'll check the website. When I say=20
"Program evaluation" I mean literature on how Q has been used for=20
conducting needs assessment, evaluating social programs, projects,=20
interventions, organizations, or any other evaluation endeavors.
