I just want to stress again that I wrote my own book -- CYBER RIGHTS: 
DEFENDING FREE SPEECH IN THE DIGITAL AGE -- with an eye to its 
functioning as a suitable text for people interested in law, 
community, and democracy on the Net. Folks here may be particularly 
interested in chapters 1-3 insofar as they deal with the general 
theory of Internet democracy, chapters 4-7 (which deal with how 
various conflicts and fears are addressed by the legal system), and 
chapters 8 et seq., which show how community efforts and feedback can 
shape the Internet policy process.
