Hi Kim,
  I know the feeling, I'm teaching a couple of sections of small group for 
the first time this fall myself.  I TA'd it with a professor so I was at 
least able to get my feet wet but not quite the same, you know?  Are you 
looking for anything specific or more just general ideas?  Also, out of 
curiosity, what book are you using?  I'm interested in all suggestions as 
well, makes the class much more enjoyable.
