Rumor at Regent is that Dick Budd has never had anything refused for 
publication.  From what I understand, he wrote a book in the 70's that 
set the idea of mass communication on its ear.  I had him for Theology 
and Communication last spring.  He is a very nice guy.

We are in a distance program and have to do residency every year.  This 
year's incoming class wanted a way to keep in touch apart from on-line 
classes and residencies, so a blackboard site was developed.  I also 
added this homepage to the mix to help people keep track of things.

I have appreciated your work and comments on COmgrads over the year.
