Oliver Boyd-Barrett and a collaborator whose names escapes me at the 
moment published a bood with the UK firm John Lilley called Contra-News
Flow.  If my memory is still functional after al;l these years, I 
seem to reecall that they discussed the Non-Aligned News Pool there in some
detail.
