Dear Collegues,
I'd like to invite you to visit the electronic forum of the Communication
Technology Policy Section - e-CTP.
We've mounted the preliminary Sydney-Program with all the abstracts of
the presentations. The site is designed for Netscape 2.0 and at least 256
colours screen resolution.

Those of you, who want to be associated with the section, please register
in our searchable member database. We are working on improvements of
the search routines and subject categories and are planning to present the
new designed database at the Sydney-Conference.
