The JIC schedule of issues provided on page 22 of the IAMCR 
Newsletter of April 1996 requires two small items to be updated. The 
idea of an internet issue was superceded by one on Human Rights. 
Also instead of focussing on New Diplomacy (public diplomacy), 
the December 1995 issue, was an ordinary issue. We did not receive 
adequate numbers of suitable articles in the area of public 
diplomacy to make up a special issue. An issue on this theme will be 
considered at a later date.
